Since OIT’s inception, one of its significant strategic priorities has been to move toward an increasingly service-focused organization that anticipates, responds to and supports the dynamic needs of the university. 

From modernizing the computing environment at NC State Prague in the Czech Republic to developing plans to enhance the network infrastructure of the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences’ Lake Wheeler Road Facility in Wake County, OIT is strategically integrating technology to make the campus community and its external partners more successful.

This year’s annual report, Strategic PriorITies, highlights the numerous strategic projects and services OIT and its campus IT partners have completed during the 2018-19 fiscal year and aligns them with the goals and strategies of Pathway to the Future: NC State’s 2011-2020 Strategic Plan.
