The OIT Walk-in Center and NC State Help Desk announce their operating hours for the Winter Break. Be sure to request any IT support you need before the break.
The operating hours for the OIT Walk-in Center in Room 101 of the West Dunn Building at 2901 Thurman Dr. will be:
- 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. until Tuesday, Dec. 17.
- 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 18 to Friday, Dec. 20.
- Closed Saturday, Dec. 21 through Saturday, Dec. 28.
- 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 30 and Tuesday, Dec. 31.
- 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 2 and Friday, Jan. 3.
- Noon to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 4.
Customers who have left their computers at the Walk-in Center for service will need to pick them up before 5 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 20, or they will have to wait until Monday, Dec. 30, when the Walk-in Center reopens.
The operating hours for the NC State Help Desk will be:
- 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays through Thursday, Dec. 19.
- 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 20.
- Closed Monday, Dec. 23 through Friday, Dec. 27.
- 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 30 and Tuesday, Dec. 31.
- 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 2 and Friday, Jan. 3.
