The OIT Walk-In Center offers students one-on-one support for software, hardware, network connectivity, and Unity account issues.
The Walk-in Center is open for in-person assistance. Our Google Meet is available for matters that can be handled remotely. The Help Desk is also available by telephone at 919-515-HELP. If possible, please contact us via Google Meet before coming in so that we can determine if we will be able to help you in person.
8am – 5pm Monday through Friday
Please ring the bell if the door is locked during these hours.
Please note that masks are required when visiting the Walk-in Center. Additionally, we will restrict occupancy to only three customers at a time. Please don’t bring additional people with you, unless you need their help .

To check in remotely, visit go.ncsu.edu/wic-checkin. We can send you a text message when it’s your turn so you don’t have to wait as long when you visit.
